An interdisciplinary team
The regional interdisciplinary cancer care team is a fundamental component of the organization of care and services offered to all individuals diagnosed with cancer. Made up of physicians and healthcare professionals, the team ensures follow-up for each person.
Nurse navigator
This resource person supports you throughout your illness by assessing your resources and healthcare needs. In collaboration with the other members of the interdisciplinary oncology team, the nurse navigator provides you with information and support.
Oncology clinic nursing staff
The oncology clinic nursing staff administer your treatments and answer your questions or refer you to another member of the interdisciplinary team.
Oncology pharmacist
In addition to preparing your medication, the person responsible for the oncology pharmacy will meet with you to provide teaching and information about the medication you will receive (mechanisms of action, side effects, information gathering, etc.).
Psychologist, nutritionist and other specialists
Team members such as a psychologist or a nutritionist can assess your needs and advise you on steps you can take to improve your quality of life and that of your loved ones.

Réseau Rose
Individuals with a hereditary risk of breast or ovarian cancer, as well as their families, now have access to a network of support and educational resources: Réseau Rose.
Réseau Rose offers women and their loved ones guidance, psychosocial support and clear, easy-to-understand information materials tailored to the realities of Québec families, in addition to public lectures.
