INFO-SANTÉ is a telephone consultation service for you or a loved one, staffed by healthcare professionals. A team of specialized nurses provides confidential information and advice about any health concerns (vomiting, diarrhea, fever, flu, breastfeeding, medications, contraception, etc.).

Info-Social (811, option 2)
INFO-SOCIAL is a telephone consultation service for you or a loved one, staffed by qualified social workers. They confidentially help you evaluate your situation if you’re looking for reliable and appropriate guidance for any psychosocial situation (distress, anxiety, violence, heartbreak, drug or alcohol problems, marital issues, parent-child relationships, sexuality, etc.), including support for caregivers.

- They refer you, if needed, to the most appropriate local resource to meet your needs.
- They refer you, if necessary, to services within the healthcare network.
