Youth family-type resource ID-ASD-PD
A youth family-type resource (FTR) for intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or physical disability is a living environment where one or two people welcome, into their primary residence, up to nine children with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a physical disability. These individuals provide a living environment and support and assistance services based on the needs of the children entrusted to them, while fostering a parent-like relationship in a family setting.
Why become a foster family?
