Group prenatal classes

Free prenatal meetings are organized to help prepare future parents for the fullest experience of pregnancy, giving birth and the first few days of their child’s life. Depending on where you live, the prenatal classes are offered virtually, in person or in a hybrid format.

The meetings are an opportunity to talk to other couples about welcoming a new child into their lives. Some of the subjects addressed during these meetings include diet during pregnancy, returning home, the newborn’s development, preparing for giving birth, co-parenting, breastfeeding, etc.

To register for the prenatal meetings, contact the CLSC’s Child-Youth-Family Team nearest you or click here for the contact information of the services in the territory of your MRC.
