Services offered by the CISSS and community organizations

If this is your first pregnancy or you have specific needs, a support worker will contact you to tell you about the services offered by the CISSS and community organizations to help guide you through all the steps leading up to your baby’s arrival. This is a good opportunity to discuss your topics of concern: financial difficulties, your relationship with your partner, your support network, substance use, etc.

Following this discussion, the support worker can make the necessary referrals for you to receive support services, such as the Olo Foundation andprenatal group meetings (in French), etc.
