Toolkit for quality living environments
This toolbox was designed to support the implementation of the Politique d’hébergement et de soins et services de longue durée (Policy on Residential and Long-term Care and Services – PHSSLD) in the different living environments.
It contains five tools: factsheets, workshop and coffee club facilitation sheets, a “To learn more” sheet, including tools, references and support guides. The goal is to provide you with as many support tools as possible in your daily interventions, while promoting consistent and compassionate implementation of the PHSSLD’s orientations.
The toolbox comes with a user’s guide. Don’t hesitate to consult it.

Digital platform
As part of the deployment of the Politique d’hébergement et de soins et services de longue durée 2021-2026 [2021-2026 long-term housing, care and services policy], the CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent initiated the development of a digital platform to reach as many people as possible in an effort to raise awareness and inform them of the guiding principles, orientations and measures being promoted.
This platform contains explanatory videos created by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, integration activity sheets (for individual and group reflection) and information sheets.
