Review
The DPJ is required to periodically review the situation of a child receiving youth protection services. Review is a clinical process that involves assessing whether the grounds for compromise are still present and whether the intervention should be continued or not. This activity is carried out by professionals who are not involved in the follow-up of the child and parents.
To modify or extend a court-ordered measure, the DPJ’s review must be submitted to and approved by the court.
