Transportation-accommodation program

The transportation-accommodation program aims to provide partial (not full) financial assistance for travel and lodging:

  • for a person living with a persistent and significant disability who must travel to receive adaptation and rehabilitation services, diagnostic services, additional diagnostic procedures or treatments related to impairments previously identified in the user’s intervention plan (IP). These services must be recognized by the Québec health and social services network or by the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ); or
  • for a person diagnosed with kidney failure requiring outpatient dialysis or hemodialysis services.

The care for which financial compensation is provided must be related to the diagnosis.

To access one of these program components, you must already be receiving services.
